1. General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between the h1777 platform ("Platform", "Site", "we", "us") and its users ("you", "member", "player"). By using any service of h1777, you are considered to have accepted these Terms.

3. Age Verification

h1777 strictly enforces a 21+ policy. Opening an account or playing on this platform is strictly prohibited for anyone under the age of 21. This service is available only to those aged 21 or above.

If false information is provided regarding age, h1777 reserves the right to immediately close the account and forfeit all deposited funds. We may request additional documents for age verification in suspicious cases.

4. Account Security

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on h1777 are carried out through popular payment methods in Bangladesh. The main rules are outlined below.

Deposit Rules

• Deposits must be made only from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Depositing through a third party is prohibited and may result in account cancellation.
• Bank transfers can be made from any listed Bangladeshi bank, including Islami Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank.
• If the deposit amount is not credited correctly, contact support immediately.

Withdrawal Rules

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Winnings from bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (see Section 6 for details).
• h1777 reserves the right to hold withdrawals until identity verification is complete.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours; however, delays may occur during verification.

6. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

h1777 offers a welcome bonus for new members and various promotional offers for existing members. All bonuses are subject to specific conditions.

Welcome Bonus

• 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳32,000 and receive a maximum bonus of ৳15,000, giving a total balance of ৳47,000.
• Wagering requirement: 20 times the bonus amount.
• Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit amount. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

General Bonus Terms

• A member is eligible for the welcome bonus only once.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirement is met.
• Attempting to earn bonuses using multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• h1777 reserves the right to change or cancel any promotional offer without prior notice.
• Each promotion has its own specific validity period; unused bonuses will be cancelled once the period expires.

7. Fair Play & Prohibition of Fraud

h1777 is built on fair play principles. Any form of fraud, manipulation, or dishonest behavior against the platform or other players is strictly prohibited.

Prohibited Activities

• Playing using software, bots, scripts, or any other automated method.
• Exploiting game errors or technical issues.
• Colluding with other players to defraud the platform.
• Using the platform for money laundering or other illegal financial activities.
• Applying strategies designed to abuse the bonus system unlawfully.

If such activities are detected, h1777 may immediately suspend or cancel the account and forfeit the associated balance. h1777 also reserves the right to take legal action where necessary.

8. Responsible Gaming

• At the member's own request to close their account.

Before cancelling an account for legitimate reasons, h1777 will generally notify the member by email. However, in serious cases of fraud, immediate action may be taken without prior notice.

h1777 places the highest priority on protecting members' personal information. The platform uses SSL encryption to keep all data secure.
